How to get $BERA

Before you dive into the ecosystem, you will need some testnet $BERA to do absolutely everything on the chain. Especially since it is the native gas token.

Step 1:
Head to berachain's official website and select the Dapps icon. From there you will see their 'Faucet' option at the bottom.

Step 2:
Once you're reached their official faucet, you will need to have a minimum of 0.001 ETH on Ethereum Mainnet in your wallet. Once that once condition is met, you can copy your wallet address and paste it into the box and you will receive 1 $BERA.

The faucet only dispenses 1 testnet $BERA every 8 hours, so you may need to wait a while to build up a decent amount.

Now once you've gotten some testnet $BERA its time to play around in the ecosystem. You can start by trying out their native Dapps as shown in the image in step 1. If you are more adventurous then below is a fair list of projects for you to check out and learn about the ways of the bera.
