What is the Arbitrum STIP?

The STIP is a 3 month incentive program voted on by the Arbitrum DAO to bring renewed interest, attract new users, and build liquidity across all the decentralized apps that call Arbitrum home.

Frax requested 1.5m ARB from a total of 50m to increase liquidity for all of its products and assets. The Arbitrum DAO voted heavily in favor to include Frax in this program.

Interesting Weekly Changes

The biggest pools on Arbitrum are PRINTING for FXB holders. The 2026 pool is the largest of the FXB pools and is earning 135% APR with a max lock! This is the hottest LP to add to in size right now, with it being able to absorb 10x its liquidity before the APR's drop too much.

What's great about the FXB LPs is that they will print yield natively even after the STIP ends. FXBs track the Federal interest rate curve and so you can lock in a fixed 5% yield right now for the 2026 pair.

Additionally the FRAXBP is offering near 80% for a max lock. This is the safest and largest Frax pool on Arbitrum and you can get near 100% APR for a few more months.

Ramses frxETH/rsETH LP is also heating up with over 9000% yield for a max boost! While this pool does have only $245k TVL, it could 10x in size and still offer triple digit yields.

Another Ramses offering is for the FRAX/alUSD LP, which has 375k TVL and is offering 90% with a max boost.

As we shared last week, the VaultCraft Lock Vaults are absolutely printing. By locking your FRAX for 6 months, you can get a the max rewards offered of 500%. The numbers are not showing right though, as Sam's $1000 portfolio has earned 50 ARB ($100) just in the last week alone.

Last we want to share the Notional Liquidty Vault, which has $6m FRAX in it and is yielding 16%. This is a pool to watch over the next few weeks, as it is used for leveraged lending.
